Important Community Update: New Owner Portal Access

PHCA has transitioned away from Associa and returned to a self-managed operating model. As part of this transition, we are continuing with the Engage platform powered by Enumerate as our primary owner portal.

What’s Changing

• TownSq is no longer in use

• Engage is now the primary platform for:

  • Community updates and documents

  • Owner statements and billing

  • Account information and communication
     

Access Update

All homeowner login credentials have been reset as part of this transition.

If you have not yet set up your account, please check your email for the account setup message sent on March 30. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.

All homeowners must create a new login and ensure their contact information is current.
